Royal Decree-Law 15/2025 postponed mandatory Verifactu invoicing systems to January 2027 for companies and July 2027 for the self-employed. In practice: you have 2026 to organize and automate invoicing before certified systems become mandatory. It is the right moment to automate invoices with AI.

Kit Digital remains active in 2026: Order TDF/39/2026 reactivated the program with the remaining funds of the €3.067 billion budget, until they run out. Vouchers range from €3,000 (companies under 3 employees) to €29,000 (companies with 100 to 249 employees). The catalogue includes AI-associated solution categories (customer management, business intelligence and process management), aimed at the 50-249 employee segments.
An honest nuance: there is no separate "AI voucher", and not every Claude Code implementation fits the Kit Digital catalogue.
