The best WhatsApp chatbots for businesses in Argentina

We compare the real platforms an Argentine business has today to put a WhatsApp chatbot in place: what each one does, what it does not, and what it costs according to its own site. It includes Vozia, our AI agent for WhatsApp, judged by the same rules as everyone else.

01

Short answer

There is no single "best" WhatsApp chatbot for Argentina: it depends on whether answering FAQs from a shared team inbox is enough, or whether the bot needs to touch real business systems like stock, orders, or invoicing. For the former, a no-code builder like Landbot, Chatfuel, or Whaticket gets you there fast. For the latter, custom development is the better fit.

This article is written by DuoTach, and the comparison includes Vozia, our own product. We say so plainly because hiding it would make this a fake review: we judge it by the same rules as everyone else, using what can be verified on each official site, without inventing anyone prices, features, or numbers.

The real options for an Argentine business

Ten platforms reviewed on their own official site. Where a price is not published, we say so instead of making one up.

Vozia: the real difference is that it touches your system

Vozia is built by DuoTach

We say it under our own name because we are the ones writing this article, not an anonymous third party dropped into a list. We compared it above by the same rules as the rest: what it does, what it does not, and the price published on our own landing page.

Connects to your system

Checks real-time stock and price against your actual operation, instead of answering from a fixed list that goes stale within a week.

Reports order status

Against the business system itself, not a generic "it is on its way" reply.

Sends the invoice

Straight over WhatsApp when the customer asks for it, without someone on your team having to dig it up.

Learns from the corrections your team approves

It does not retrain itself unsupervised: it improves when someone on your team corrects an answer and approves it.

Hands off to a person by topic and hours

Not everything gets resolved by a bot, and Vozia knows when to pass the conversation to your team.

Automatic regression testing

Every change runs against a set of test cases before shipping to production, so an improvement does not break something that already worked.

Our product

Want to see Vozia running on your WhatsApp?

We show you how it connects to your real system, not a generic set of pre-built flows.

04

What it costs in Argentine pesos

Almost every tool on this list is priced in dollars. So is Vozia.

Cliengo, Botmaker, Callbell, Chatfuel, Zenvia, and Vozia price in dollars; Landbot prices in euros. That is expected for tools running on dollar-denominated infrastructure. Vozia is no exception: USD 1,800 fixed implementation and a subscription starting at USD 200 a month, always in dollars.

To think of it in pesos without pinning a number that goes stale the next day: at the reference official exchange rate on September 8, 2026 (around $1,500 pesos per dollar), Vozia implementation runs about 2.7 million pesos and the monthly subscription starts near 300 thousand. Those are orders of magnitude, not a fixed peso price: take the dollar figure to whatever exchange rate applies on the day you are reading this for the real number.

Frequently asked questions about WhatsApp chatbots in Argentina

What is the best WhatsApp chatbot for a business in Argentina?+
There is no single one that fits everyone. If you need something quick to answer FAQs and set up a shared team inbox, a no-code builder like Landbot, Chatfuel or Whaticket is enough. If you need the bot to check real stock and price, report an order status or send an invoice, that is custom development on top of your own systems, which is the space where we work with Vozia.
How much does a WhatsApp chatbot cost in Argentina?+
It varies a lot by type of solution. No-code builders run from free to about USD 50 a month (Chatfuel, Landbot entry plan). Multi-agent inbox platforms run roughly USD 15 to 70 per user per month (Callbell, Cliengo, Wati). Zenvia and Botmaker target higher-volume businesses and do not publish an entry price. Vozia, which is our own product and has a public price, costs USD 1,800 fixed implementation plus a subscription starting at USD 200 a month.
Do these tools use the official WhatsApp Business API?+
Most do, but not always on the entry plan. Cliengo, for example, only enables the WhatsApp API integration on its Business plan (USD 259/month); on the cheaper plans the main channel is the website widget. Before choosing, confirm which specific plan actually includes the WhatsApp number, since that is what varies most from one plan to the next.
Can a WhatsApp chatbot connect to my stock or orders system?+
It depends on the tool. No-code builders (Landbot, Chatfuel, ManyChat) are built for conversation flows and lead capture, and connecting them to an internal business system usually requires separate development against its API. Vozia works the other way around: it is built custom on top of your system from the start, so it checks real stock and price, reports order status, and sends the invoice as part of the conversation, not as an add-on.
Can a WhatsApp bot actually sell, not just answer questions?+
Yes, if it is connected to what selling actually requires: catalog, current price, and real availability. A bot that just repeats a fixed menu of options informs, it does not close a sale. The difference comes from the integration with the business system, not from having generative AI on top.
What sets Vozia apart from the rest of this list?+
That it connects to the real business system instead of answering with fixed information: it checks real-time stock and price, reports order status, and sends the invoice over WhatsApp. It learns from corrections your team approves, not automatically and without oversight. It hands off to a person by topic and business hours when needed. And every change runs against a set of test cases before going to production, so an improvement does not break something that already worked. Vozia is built by DuoTach, the agency writing this article.
Does Vozia also work for businesses outside Argentina?+
Yes. We work with businesses in Argentina, the rest of Spanish-speaking South America, and Spain, always in Spanish. Brazil is out of scope for now. Implementation and the subscription are priced in USD for every country.

Which of these options fits your business?

If what you need is a bot that touches your real system (stock, orders, invoicing) and not just a fixed menu of replies, that is the space where we work with Vozia.

How we start with Vozia

With a conversation about your operation: what system you use today, what questions your team answers over and over, and which part of that a properly connected agent can actually take on.
