The best WhatsApp chatbots for your business in Chile

We compare the real options a Chilean business has today to put a chatbot on WhatsApp: multi-agent inboxes, flow builders, and AI agents connected to the business system. Includes Vozia, the WhatsApp chatbot we built at DuoTach, with its verifiable differentiator and nothing invented about the rest.

01

Short answer

If you run a business in Chile and want to put a chatbot on WhatsApp, there are three types of tool to choose from today: a multi-agent inbox so your team answers from one shared number (Callbell, Whaticket), a flow builder with no code (Landbot, Wati), or an AI agent that connects to your system and answers with the real business data (Cliengo, Botmaker, and Vozia).

This piece compares the real options, using what each one publishes on its own official site. Vozia is our product, the WhatsApp chatbot built and operated by DuoTach, the company publishing this article. We say so plainly because hiding it would make this a fake review: Vozia is described here with the same standard we apply to any competitor, with a verifiable differentiator and no invented scores.

02

What kind of tool you need

Before comparing prices, it helps to know what you are buying.

Not everything sold as a "WhatsApp chatbot" solves the same problem. It is worth separating three categories before looking at prices, because comparing them without that distinction is comparing different things.

Multi-agent inbox

Organizes the inbox so several people can answer from the same WhatsApp number. It does not answer on its own: it organizes who answers what. Examples: Callbell, Whaticket.

Flow builder

You build a conversation tree without code: if the customer picks A, the bot shows B. Works well for FAQs and scheduling, not for looking up data that changes constantly. Examples: Landbot, Wati.

Agent connected to your system

Queries a real data source (stock, CRM, order status) and answers with what it finds, not a fixed script. This is the category Vozia competes in, along with Cliengo and Botmaker.

03

The comparison

What each one publishes on its own official site, verified in September 2026.

Published entry price

Only four of the tools compared publish a fixed price on their site. The rest ask you to request a quote. These numbers do not include what Meta charges separately per conversation.

USD 49

a month, Whaticket entry plan: 3 users and 1 WhatsApp number

USD 49

a month, Whaticket entry plan: 3 users and 1 WhatsApp number

€15

per agent a month on Callbell, plus the WhatsApp fee from €50 for every 10 agents

€160

a month to have WhatsApp active on Landbot (Professional plan + WhatsApp module)

ToolCategoryWhat to watch for
CliengoAI agent + CRMDoes not publish a price on its site. Activating WhatsApp requires the Premium plan, which caps contact volume.
BotmakerAI agent (enterprise)No published price table, quote only. Built for large operations (banks, telcos), not a small business just starting out.
WhaticketMulti-agent inboxAI depends on you supplying your own OpenAI tokens: that cost runs separately from the subscription.
CallbellMulti-agent inboxChatGPT integration is only in the custom Enterprise plan. Entry plans are a shared inbox, not an agent that resolves things on its own.
LandbotFlow builderDoes not connect to the business system by default: it follows the flow you design, not live data, unless you build that integration yourself.
WatiFlow builderPublished price does not include what Meta charges separately for conversations, and since October 2026 Meta also bills service messages within the support window.
Vozia (DuoTach)Agent connected to your systemThis is our product. Fixed USD 1,800 implementation and a subscription from USD 200 a month, published without asking for a quote.

Two tools were left out of the table because we could not verify a clear price on their official site: Zenvia does publish prices, but in Brazilian reais and focused on the Brazilian market, so it is not a direct reference for Chile. Keybe (its Biky product) does not publish prices at all, only an invitation to sign up for a quote.

Vozia: DuoTach’s WhatsApp chatbot

We say it plainly: this is our product.

Who publishes this piece

We build and operate Vozia ourselves, DuoTach, and we wrote this comparison. It appears here because it competes in the same category as Cliengo and Botmaker, not because the piece exists to sell it: every other tool is held to the same standard.

What sets Vozia apart from a rules-based chatbot, verifiable on its landing page:

Connects to your system

Queries stock and price in real time, reports order status, and sends the invoice. It does not repeat a fixed script: it looks at the real business data at the moment the customer asks.

Learns from corrections

When the team corrects an answer, Vozia incorporates it. The next time a similar question comes up, it does not fail the same way again.

Hands off to a person when it should

Based on topic and time of day, it passes the conversation to someone on the team instead of insisting on an answer it does not have or making one up.

Automatic regression testing

Every change runs against a set of test cases before it ships, so an improvement in one topic does not silently break another that already worked.

Vozia

A chatbot that answers with the real data of your business

Queries live stock and price, reports order status, hands off to a person when it should, and does not repeat the same mistake twice.

05

What it costs in Chile

In Chilean pesos, as an order of magnitude, not a fixed number.

Vozia quotes and bills in US dollars, like most of the tools in this piece. As a reference in Chilean pesos, at the exchange rate of September 8, 2026 (USD 1 ≈ $934 CLP, the Central Bank’s observed rate), the two published numbers look like this:

CostIn USDReference in CLP (approx.)
Implementation (one-time)USD 1,800 fixed≈ $1,680,000
Monthly subscriptionFrom USD 200/moFrom ≈ $187,000

The exact peso amount moves with the exchange rate on the day you are billed, because the contract is in dollars. And it is not just Vozia: the Wati, Whaticket, Callbell and Landbot plans from the previous section, converted at the same rate, also land in the tens to hundreds of thousands of pesos a month before adding what Meta charges for conversations. A fixed price given without looking at your operation, from anyone, is not trustworthy.

How to choose

1.

If you just need to organize the inbox

A multi-agent tool like Callbell or Whaticket is enough: several people answer from the same number without stepping on each other.

2.

If you want FAQs and scheduling without code

A flow builder like Landbot or Wati works for a script that does not change often.

3.

If the bot needs to answer with real stock, price or order status

You need an agent connected to the business system: Vozia, Cliengo or Botmaker, depending on the size of your operation.

4.

If volume is high and you already have an in-house technical team

Botmaker or a custom integration on the official API can justify the bigger project.

Frequently asked questions about WhatsApp chatbots in Chile

How much does a WhatsApp chatbot cost in Chile?+
It depends on the type of tool. Multi-agent inboxes start low: Whaticket publishes from USD 49 a month, while Wati only shows its price after you pick a country and a plan, so it has to be quoted. Both only organize the inbox: they do not answer on their own with the real data of the business. Flow builders like Landbot jump to USD 160 a month once you turn on WhatsApp. Cliengo, Botmaker, Zenvia and Keybe do not publish a price on their site and require a quote. Vozia, our product, does publish one: a fixed USD 1,800 for implementation and a subscription from USD 200 a month. On top of nearly all of these, Meta charges separately for conversations.
How much does an AI agent for WhatsApp cost, not just a rules-based chatbot?+
A rules-based chatbot follows a decision tree and is cheaper to build. An AI agent that queries your system in real time, decides what to answer, and learns from corrections is a different product, and the price reflects that: our number is USD 1,800 fixed implementation plus a subscription from USD 200 a month. A fixed price given without looking at your operation is not trustworthy, no matter who quotes it.
What is the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?+
A traditional chatbot follows a script: if the customer types A, it answers B. An AI agent understands intent, queries a real system (your stock, your CRM, your ERP), and answers with the data at that moment, not a fixed text. The difference shows up in questions that were not in the script: a rules-based chatbot cannot answer "do you have size 42 in the Providencia branch?" well; a connected agent can.
Do I need the official WhatsApp Business API or is the free app enough?+
The free WhatsApp Business app works for one number handled by a single person. As soon as more than one agent needs to answer from the same number, or you want a bot to answer automatically, you need the WhatsApp Business API, which is what every tool in this piece uses, Vozia included. Verification is handled by whichever provider you pick, not directly with Meta.
Is Vozia made by DuoTach?+
Yes. Vozia is the AI WhatsApp chatbot we build and operate, DuoTach, and we are the ones publishing this piece. We say so plainly because it appears in the same comparison as its competitors: hiding that would make this a fake review. You can check the rest of our work on the [chatbots page](/chatbots) and in our [case studies](/casos-exito).
How long does it take to implement Vozia?+
It depends on how many systems need to be connected. A case with catalog and stock in a single system moves faster than one with several systems that do not talk to each other. Scope and timeline are defined in the initial assessment before the full implementation is quoted.
Does it work for a small business in Chile, or only for large companies?+
It pays off in any business where WhatsApp is already the sales channel and questions repeat: price, stock, order status, hours. You do not need to be a large company, you need that volume of repeated questions to exist. If your business is just starting and does not have that volume yet, a cheap multi-agent inbox may be enough for now.
What happens if the bot doesn't know how to answer something?+
With Vozia, it hands the conversation to a person based on topic and time of day, instead of insisting on an answer it does not have or making one up. And when the team corrects that answer, Vozia incorporates it, so the next time a similar question comes up, it does not fail the same way again.

Does your WhatsApp answer with the real data of your business?

Vozia is the AI WhatsApp chatbot we built at DuoTach: it queries your system, learns from your team’s corrections, and hands off to a person when it should.
