Best AI WhatsApp chatbots in Peru

We compare the real options a Peruvian business has today to put up a WhatsApp chatbot: what each platform does, what it does not, and what price it publishes, verified on its own site. We include Vozia, our own product, under the same criteria: what it actually does and what it costs.

01

Short answer

There is no single "best" WhatsApp chatbot for Peru: it depends on how much of your business process the bot has to understand. For simple replies, the free WhatsApp Business app is enough. For an AI bot answering FAQs across web and social channels, platforms like Cliengo or Landbot work. For volume and several agents working at once, Botmaker or Wati are built for that. And when the bot needs to read your stock, order system or invoicing in real time, that is custom development, whether from a local agency or a fixed-price product like Vozia.

This guide compares what each one does and does not do, with the price it publishes on its own site, not an estimate. We write this and sell Vozia: we say it plainly so you can weigh the comparison knowing where it comes from.

Vozia, ours, gets its own section next: we did not fold it into this table mixed with the rest, because we would rather explain it with the same detail as the others, not as one more row.

03

Each option, in detail

1.

Landbot

A visual no-code builder from a company based in Spain. It works for building conversation flows without coding, and has a free plan to try it out. The problem for a Peruvian business is the price of real WhatsApp: it is not on the entry plans, it only appears on "Professional WhatsApp" at €160/month (plus €100 per extra number), billed in euros. For web chat, the entry plans (€32 and €80/month) are accessible.

2.

ManyChat

Started as an automation tool for Instagram and Messenger, and added WhatsApp later. Its pricing changed in March 2026: the free plan became very limited (25 active contacts) and WhatsApp needs the Pro plan (from USD 39/month) or higher, on top of what Meta charges separately for template messages. It is a valid option if your business already lives on Instagram and you want to add WhatsApp without switching tools, but it is not built for complex business logic.

3.

Wati

A platform dedicated specifically to the WhatsApp Business API, with plans called Growth, Pro and Business. Its official site does not show a fixed USD price without picking a country and plan first, so we cannot publish a verified number: you need to request a quote directly. What is verifiable on its site is that it charges per extra seat and that the Pro plan adds AI automation and forms.

4.

Botmaker

A conversational platform with strong presence across Latin America, built for medium and large businesses with conversation volume. Its published plans run from USD 149/month (Standard, 3,000 conversations) to USD 499/month (Pro, 10,000), plus a one-time USD 99 fee to open the WhatsApp Business Platform account, and overage charges of USD 0.05 to 0.07 per extra conversation. A solid option if the volume justifies it; the entry floor is high for a small business.

5.

Whaticket

A multi-agent inbox for centralizing WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook in one place, with plans from USD 49/month (3 users, 1 WhatsApp number) and extra numbers from USD 20/month. It is strong as a team support tool, but does not include its own generative AI engine: for the bot to answer with AI you need to connect OpenAI tokens separately, billed on top of the plan.

6.

Cliengo

An AI chatbot for web, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, from a company with regional presence in Latin America. Its plans run from Starter (USD 45/month, 500 conversations) to Business (USD 259/month, 4,000 conversations), and only the Business plan includes full WhatsApp API integration. The cheaper plans prioritize web chat and other channels, not WhatsApp as the main channel.

04

Vozia, the WhatsApp chatbot from Duotach

We say it plainly: this is our product, and this is a guide where our own company shows up.

Who makes it

Vozia is the chatbot product from Duotach, the company writing and publishing this guide. It is not a separate domain or brand: it is the product line we sell. We include it in this comparison under the same criteria as the rest, without inventing scores or comparing against a watered-down competitor.

Connects to your system, not just a script

Checks stock and price in real time, reports an order status, and can send the invoice through the same chat, instead of answering with information that went stale the day before.

Learns from what your team approves

When a reply is not the right one, the team corrects it and that correction gets incorporated, instead of repeating the same mistake month after month.

Hands off to a person when it should

Based on the topic of the question and the time of day, it passes the conversation to a team member with the context already built, without the customer repeating anything.

Regression test before every change

Every change runs against a set of automated tests before it ships to production, so a new change does not break something that already worked.

05

What it costs, in soles

Vozia quotes and bills in USD. This is a scale reference, not a price in soles.

ItemVozia (real price, in USD)Reference in soles (approx.)
ImplementationUSD 1,800, one time≈ S/6,100 at the September 2026 reference rate (~S/3.4 per dollar)
SubscriptionFrom USD 200 per month≈ S/680 per month, same reference

The exchange rate moves, so the soles column is a reference, not a tariff. For context: a Peruvian agency (Alaz) publishes its own soles quotes for custom builds on its site, from S/2,000 to S/6,000 plus S/200 to S/500 per month for a fixed-menu bot with no AI, up to S/20,000 to S/60,000 plus S/1,000 to S/3,000 per month for an agent integrated with a CRM. The difference with Vozia is not the range: it is that ours has a fixed, published price instead of a custom quote.

On top of any of these numbers, in every option, you need to add what Meta charges separately for WhatsApp Business API usage, which it bills in dollars regardless of who you work with.

Frequently asked questions about WhatsApp chatbots in Peru

What is the best WhatsApp chatbot for a business in Peru?+
It depends on what you need. If you only want simple automatic replies and away messages, the free WhatsApp Business app is enough. If you need the bot to answer with real business data (stock, prices, order status) and integrate with your systems, that is where platforms like Cliengo, Botmaker or Wati come in, or a custom build like Vozia. There is no single winner: the right tool depends on how much of your business process the bot has to understand.
How much does an AI WhatsApp chatbot cost in Peru?+
In soles, as an order of magnitude: a fixed-menu bot (no AI) runs S/2,000 to S/6,000 to build plus S/200 to S/500 per month. A generative AI bot runs S/8,000 to S/25,000 to build plus S/500 to S/1,500 per month. An agent integrated with your CRM or internal system runs S/20,000 to S/60,000 plus S/1,000 to S/3,000 per month. These are quotes published by a Peruvian agency (Alaz), not our own pricing. Vozia, ours, has a fixed published price in USD: 1,800 for implementation and from 200 per month.
Do I need the official WhatsApp Business API or is the free app enough?+
The free WhatsApp Business app is enough if you handle support yourself or with low volume and do not need to automate complex replies. The WhatsApp Business API (used by Cliengo, Botmaker, Wati, Whaticket and Vozia) is needed when you want a bot to answer 24/7 with real logic, several agents to work from the same number, or you need to send notifications outside the 24-hour window. Meta charges those separately from whatever the platform charges.
Are these platforms priced in soles or in dollars?+
Almost all the international platforms (Cliengo, Botmaker, Wati, Landbot, ManyChat, Whaticket) bill in USD or EUR, not in soles. A local agency can quote you in soles, but that does not change that Meta charges WhatsApp API usage in dollars. Vozia also quotes and bills in USD; the soles reference in this guide is only to give you a sense of scale at the current exchange rate.
Can a WhatsApp chatbot integrate with my invoicing system or ERP?+
Yes, but not every platform does it equally well out of the box. No-code tools (Landbot, ManyChat) need the integration set up via Zapier, Make or their own API, which works but adds a layer. Business-oriented platforms (Botmaker, Cliengo on its top plan) offer more direct integrations. A custom build, whether from a local agency or Vozia, is built to connect directly to your system: checking stock and price in real time, reporting an order status, or sending the invoice through the same chat.
How long does it take to implement an AI WhatsApp chatbot?+
A fixed-menu bot can be live in days. One with generative AI over your information, 1 to 3 weeks. One with integrations into internal systems (CRM, ERP, invoicing), 3 to 6 weeks, depending on how many systems need connecting and how clean the input data is. The bottleneck is almost never the platform: it is access and real examples of how your team answers today.
What is Vozia and who makes it?+
Vozia is the AI WhatsApp chatbot from Duotach, the company writing this guide. It connects to the business systems to answer with real data, learns from the corrections the team approves, hands off to a person based on topic and time of day, and runs an automatic regression test before each change so it does not break what already works. Published price: a fixed USD 1,800 implementation plus a subscription from USD 200 per month.

Does your business need a bot that knows your stock, not just a menu?

Tell us what your business sells and how many inquiries you get per day. If a no-code platform is enough, we will tell you; if you need real integration with your systems, that is where Vozia pays off.
