The best WhatsApp chatbots for businesses in Mexico
We compare eight real options for putting a WhatsApp chatbot in a Mexican business, including Vozia, ours: what each one does, does not do, and what price each provider publishes on its own site. No invented rankings, no numbers without a source.
Short answer
A business in Mexico today has three types of options for putting a WhatsApp chatbot in place: no-code platforms to build the flow yourself (Cliengo, Landbot), multi-agent inboxes so your team handles conversations in an orderly way with some AI (Whaticket, Callbell), and enterprise AI-agent platforms built for large companies (Botmaker, Zenvia, Keybe, Yalo). Almost none of them publish pricing except the first two.
Vozia, DuoTach AI WhatsApp chatbot, is the option we build and sell: it connects to the business real system (checks stock and price, reports an order status, sends the invoice), learns from the corrections your team approves, and has published pricing, USD 1,800 for implementation plus a subscription from USD 200 a month. We say it plainly: it is our product, and that is why it sits inside this comparison with the rest, not off to the side.
What options a Mexican business has today
Eight real platforms, verified on their own site, plus ours.
| Option | Who it is for | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Cliengo | Small businesses that want WhatsApp up fast, no development | No pricing published on its site |
| Landbot | Teams that build visual flows with no code | From €32/mo; the WhatsApp plan starts at €160/mo |
| Whaticket | Teams centralizing WhatsApp and other channels in one inbox | No pricing published on the homepage |
| Callbell | Several agents handling WhatsApp at once | From USD 15 per agent/mo + WhatsApp from USD 54/mo |
| Botmaker | Large companies with CRM, ERP and payment integrations | Quote-only, no pricing published |
| Zenvia | Large retail, banking, insurance or healthcare companies | Quote-only, no pricing published |
| Keybe | Sales teams, strong in the automotive sector | No pricing published, you have to sign up |
| Yalo | Multinationals with high-volume conversational sales | Quote-only, no pricing published |
| Vozia (DuoTach) | Businesses with their own systems (stock, orders, invoicing) that want to connect them to the chat | USD 1,800 implementation + from USD 200/mo |
The useful reading of this table: most enterprise platforms do not publish pricing because they quote through a demo, and no-code platforms publish pricing but not for WhatsApp, which tends to sit in the most expensive tier. Vozia is the only one on the list with published pricing end to end.
Each option, what it does and does not do
Cliengo
A WhatsApp chatbot with configurable flows and a generative AI assistant, Cliengo Copilot, that responds in natural language while understanding the conversation context. It integrates with its own CRM to save history and qualify leads. What we could not verify on its site: whether it connects to external business systems (stock, orders, invoicing) beyond its own CRM, and it does not publish pricing: you have to ask.
Landbot
A visual no-code flow builder: you build the conversation by dragging blocks, with web, WhatsApp and Messenger channels. The free plan does not include WhatsApp or AI chats; getting WhatsApp requires the Professional with WhatsApp plan, from €160 a month. It is a tool for building the flow yourself, not an agent that already comes connected to your system.
Whaticket
A multi-agent inbox that brings WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok and Telegram into one place, with automatic conversation assignment across the team. It includes an AI bot, Wäbot, for automated responses to frequent questions. The focus is organizing the work of a human team that handles conversations manually, not replacing that with an autonomous agent; it does not publish pricing on its homepage.
Callbell
Multi-agent chat for WhatsApp, Instagram Direct and Messenger, with a mobile app and published pricing: from USD 15 per agent a month, plus WhatsApp from USD 54 a month. The bot builder is a separate module, Advanced Bot Builder, with an extra cost: generative AI is not included in the base plan.
Botmaker
A conversational AI agent platform for WhatsApp, voice and other channels, with CRM, ERP and payment integrations. According to its own site it works with brands like Movistar, McDonald's, Mercado Libre, Netflix and Santander: it targets large companies, not a business just getting started. It does not publish pricing; everything goes through a demo.
Zenvia
A customer experience platform with generative AI that centralizes WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS, email and webchat, with an office in Mexico City. It targets retail, banking, insurance, healthcare and construction organizations with high conversation volume. It does not publish pricing: you have to talk to sales.
Keybe
An AI sales suite, with an assistant called Biky AI available 24/7 to handle inquiries and close sales, plus a customer data platform and a digital catalog. It operates in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and other countries, with particular strength in the automotive sector. It does not publish pricing: the site only offers sign-up.
Yalo
AI agents for conversational sales over WhatsApp, apps and calls, built to manage the full purchase journey. According to its site it works with multinationals like Nestlé, PepsiCo, Unilever, Heineken and Coca-Cola FEMSA: it is an enterprise platform, not a self-serve product for a small business. It does not publish pricing.
Vozia (ours)
Vozia is built and sold by DuoTach, the agency writing this article. It connects to the business real system, learns from the corrections your team approves, and has published pricing. It is not the cheapest option on this list and does not aim to be: it is a custom implementation, not an instant self-serve plan. Details in the next section.
What sets Vozia, DuoTach chatbot, apart
Vozia is DuoTach AI WhatsApp chatbot, and we say it again here because it is the honest part of writing this comparison: it is our product, and we sell it. What follows is what it actually does, not a list of generic features.
Connects to your system
Checks stock and price in real time, reports an order status, and sends the invoice, instead of answering with fixed information that goes stale.
Learns from corrections
When your team corrects an answer and approves it, the bot incorporates that correction: it does not repeat the same mistake twice.
Hands off to a person
Based on the topic and the time of day, it hands the conversation to someone on your team, with the context already loaded.
Automated regression testing
It runs an automated test before every change, so an update does not break something that already worked.
Published pricing
A fixed USD 1,800 for implementation plus a subscription from USD 200 a month. It quotes in USD, like most of the platforms on this list.
What it costs in Mexican pesos
A rough guide, not a price in pesos: actual billing is in USD.
Most of the platforms on this list bill in USD or EUR, Vozia included: these are regional products, not Mexico-only ones. As a rough guide, with an exchange rate that in 2026 ran around 18 to 20 pesos per dollar, the USD 1,800 implementation works out to roughly 32,000-36,000 Mexican pesos (MXN), and the subscription from USD 200 a month to about 3,600-4,000 pesos a month. It is an approximate conversion: actual billing is in USD and depends on the day exchange rate.
On top of that comes what Meta charges for WhatsApp Business API messages sent outside the 24-hour window, which applies no matter which platform you choose: the amount varies by country and template type (marketing, utility or authentication). It is worth asking each provider how it bills that cost before comparing prices.
